I always have a great experience when shopping with emmiol. Recently I put in my address incorrectly, and was quickly reminded by their efficient team. I was able to update my address fast and effortless.

This online store has very poor customer service. I've emailed them four times about returning an item and they just reply with elusive and vague emails saying they'll offer a discount on my next purchase. The item I received is a designer knockoff and the fit of the garment is so small that it's obvious that they do not know the true sizes in the United States. I will not purchase from this online store again. Very poor customer service. It will most likely cost me more than the actual item for shipping to return it to China. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

1) Take a look at the business' listed address - BIG YELLOW BUILDING, 401 HIGH STREET,LONDON.
2) Take a look at the apparently luxurious office space they have on their contact page. The same image is used on the contact page of another Chinese owned business called Fortrus but without the digitally added brand name.
Despite this I have not been made to feel depressed or had an unpleasant shopping experience

Dont buy anything. I ordered "pants" in "courdory" in size L . It was thin polyester with a very poor fit, had bad pockets and where cold, weiredst "pants" ever. I asked customer service if I could take them back but they said shipping was the same price as the pants and more so I should "give them to a friend" and I got offered 8 GBP refund at their shop. The page sais "30 day refund garantee" but this is a lie. I decided to try the pants on again and wore them for 4 hours and then they gor ripped in two places at the seam. I threw them in the trash and I wish I had never spent the money and time on this place.

My sister and I always buy clothes online here. It's easy and exciting... shopping is secure over the Internet, and delivered via courier service sometimes directly to our door or post office. We love the excitement of changing our wardrobe easily and at a good price.

Affordable, unique dresses. They have a great variety, would definitely recommend this site. They should just work on faster shipping.

I ordered this sweater for the winter and I am really impressed! It arrived quickly and was really comfortable! The material on the inside of the sweater is comfortable, I was worried it would be scratchy. The outside is soft outside as well like a blanket. The sweater is cropped so it's good to order a size up if you don't want it to be too cropped. I'll definitely be ordering from Emmiol again in the future!

They've taken pictures from (ex.) Lirika Matoshi. Not even one photo is their own.

Scam website, takes your money and doesn’t send you the items. My items were a gift and they never came in the mail. Never experienced this before so I would give it a 0/5

Some of the coolest most unique clothing I've purchased, but sizes run extremely small. I am usually an adult large and I purchased an adult extra large that was basically a croptop.

Complete scam waited over a month and a half for the parcel. In the end turns out they didnt have the stock of the item and may never have it again, did not infrom me of this what so ever just took the paymentand f*cked off left me twiddling my thumbs till i rang them up.

It’s been a month and a half after ordering just a sweatshirt. I tried to contact them to see when it would be shipped but I haven’t gotten an email back. Terrible customer service. Terrible business, and a complete scam.
